Manual, robotic, or laser welding: at WF Mechanik we join steel, stainless steel, and aluminum—from single and series parts to complete assemblies. With documented quality, NDT testing, and seamless integration into downstream processes.

We assemble even complex, multi-part metal structures efficiently and precisely in-house—including all upstream manufacturing steps. The result: stable assemblies, end-to-end processes, and perfect transitions—ready for final installation at the customer.

Targeted heat treatment for maximum durability: WF Mechanik hardens metal components exactly where it matters—using tightly controlled processes up to 1,200 °C. Documentation to international standards available on request.

For durable performance and premium appearance, we also anodize aluminum—optionally combined with satin finishing where specific surface requirements apply.

From corrosion protection to high-visibility finishes: we paint metal parts professionally to customer specifications—perfectly matched to function and material. Fully integrated into the production process, whether matte or high-gloss, smooth or textured—for uniform, high-quality results.

We coat aluminum, stainless steel, and other metals with long-lasting powder coatings in your preferred color—for functional protection, premium aesthetics, and reproducible quality—ideal for demanding components.

Refined metal surfaces via glass bead or sandblasting—for clean, matte, and highly adherent results. Ideal as pretreatment for coatings or as a finish for visible parts. Precise roughness levels, implemented in an eco-friendly way.

For perfect surfaces with functional benefits, improved hygiene, and long-term corrosion protection: controlled polishing delivers a uniform, premium finish—in both technical and decorative specifications.

Efficient deburring, edge rounding, and uniform matting—WF Mechanik ensures reproducible series results with vibratory finishing. Also ideal for delicate components with complex geometries—automated, economical, and process-safe.

Edge rounding, burr removal, and fine texturing in one: using tailored brushing techniques, we finish metal parts precisely to their intended use—even complex designs or technical specifications. Ideal for visible parts or as prep for subsequent processes.

Dark, uniform, functional: WF Mechanik blackens steel parts using controlled black oxidation—for components with refined appearance and improved corrosion protection—embedded in a seamless production workflow without extra interfaces.
