Frequently asked questions

Got questions about our services, materials, lead times, or certifications? Our FAQs give quick, clear answers to the topics customers ask most—covering everything from single parts to full assembly. For anything else, we’re happy to help in person.

What services do you offer?

We provide a comprehensive spectrum of metalworking services—from design and manufacturing through sheet metal processing, tube laser cutting, and CNC machining to welding and steel construction. Start here for an overview:

Which materials do you work with?

We process a wide range of metals, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and specialty alloys—based on customer requirements.

Can you produce small batches or one-offs?

Yes. We manufacture prototypes and single parts as well as small and large series—flexibly and on schedule.

What machines and technologies do you use?

Our machine park includes modern CNC machining centers, laser cutting systems such as the BLM LT8.20, press brakes, welding robots, and CAD/CAM-based planning systems.

Do you manufacture to customer drawings?

Absolutely. We work from your CAD data or drawings and, on request, support you with design and optimization.

What quality standards do you meet?

Production follows clear quality guidelines and is audited regularly. We can provide test reports and certificates as needed (e.g., welding certificates, material test reports, CE marking and declarations of performance).

How fast can you deliver?

Lead times depend on project scope. Standard parts such as laser or laser-bent parts and small series can often be produced at short notice within a few working days. We agree timelines individually and send an order confirmation with delivery date after your purchase order.

Which industries do you serve?

Customers include machinery and plant engineering, automation technology, construction, woodworking (joinery), furniture, and special-purpose vehicle construction.

Do you also provide assembly or unit manufacturing?

Yes. We can take on pre-assembly (in-house) of subassemblies or complete solutions, including machining and surface finishing.

Are you certified?

Yes. Our company is ISO 9001 certified and meets the relevant welding standards (EN 1090).
